How the Business Days Calculator Works
This calculator counts only Monday-through-Friday weekdays, automatically excluding Saturdays and Sundays. It does not account for public holidays, since these vary by country and region — subtract any known holidays manually from the result.
Formula
Add Business Days = starting from the start date, skip forward day by day, counting only Mon–Fri
Worked example: From January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026 there are 31 calendar days, of which 22 are business days (9 weekend days excluded).
